This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of services provided by PapaVPS, including Windows RDP, VPS hosting, cloud servers, and related services.
By registering for and using our services, you represent that:
a. You are at least 18 years of age. Our services are intended for individuals or businesses that are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
b. If you use our services on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity to this Agreement.
c. You will provide accurate, complete, and updated information during account registration and maintain the accuracy of such information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity performed through your account will be considered your responsibility.
All PapaVPS services must be used for legal purposes only.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
-Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks
-Brute force attacks or hacking attempts
-Sending spam or unsolicited emails
-Hosting malicious software, malware, or phishing content
-Unauthorized access to third-party systems
-Illegal file sharing or copyright infringement
Any account found engaging in such activities may be suspended or permanently terminated without notice or refund.
Users may upload or store content such as files, websites, software, or applications on PapaVPS servers ("User Content").
You are solely responsible for ensuring that:
- Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- Your content does not violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
- Your content does not contain malicious or harmful software
PapaVPS does not monitor or control user content but reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or affects server stability.
Customers are responsible for securing any software, scripts, or applications installed on their servers.
You agree that:
- You will keep your login credentials secure
- You will maintain secure configurations and permissions for files and directories
- You will take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access
PapaVPS reserves the right to suspend any account that threatens the security or stability of our infrastructure.
All services provided by PapaVPS are billed in advance.
- Customers must ensure payment information is accurate and up to date
- Invoices must be paid before or on the due date
- Services may be suspended for unpaid invoices
- Recurring services will be billed automatically to prevent service interruption
Failure to pay invoices on time may result in:
- Service suspension
- Additional late fees
- Account termination
Fraudulent use of payment methods is strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
PapaVPS may offer a limited money-back guarantee on certain services.
Refund eligibility conditions may include:
- Requesting the refund within the stated refund period
- First-time service purchase
- No abuse or violation of the terms of service
- No chargebacks or payment disputes initiated
Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of PapaVPS.
PapaVPS reserves the right to suspend or terminate services under the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Abuse or misuse of server resources
- Illegal activity
- Non-payment of invoices
Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be eligible for refunds.
PapaVPS may provide backup services as a courtesy. However:
- Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups
- We do not guarantee the availability or recovery of backup data
- PapaVPS will not be liable for data loss or data corruption
PapaVPS aims to provide high availability and reliable server performance.
However, uptime guarantees do not apply to downtime caused by:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Hardware failures
- Network attacks such as DDoS
- Natural disasters or events beyond our control
PapaVPS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of data
- Business interruptions
By using our services, you agree that your use of PapaVPS services is at your own risk.
PapaVPS reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time.
Any updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
